For rydale.com orders, please exclude # or RY- prefixes. eg. “561111”
For marketplaces, include all characters including dashes and letters. eg. “M111111-A”

Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached, unmodified and in original sold condition upon arrival with us. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition unless faulty.

When arranging your return, please ensure you retain your proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.

- Please carefully check your details, ensure you input the same email address that you placed your order with.

- You can confirm your order ID in the Accounts section on rydale.com, or alternatively on your order confirmation email.

- Please enter your Postcode into the third field to help us narrow it down a bit further.

Once you’ve entered your information we’ll find your order and send you an email with a link to book your return.
